SVM uses the information that we collect about you to process and ship orders quickly and efficiently, to provide the best possible customer service support, and to enhance your on-line purchasing experience. Information is collected from you and stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others.

When you purchase prepaid cards from our website, we need to know your name, e-mail address, mailing address, credit card number, and expiry date. This allows us to process and ship your order quickly and accurately and to notify you of your order status.

Payments

Credit card transactions on our website are processed using Worldpay payment processing gateway. Your credit card information is not stored in SVM's databases after your transaction. Worldpay is PCI Level 1 compliant and processes payment through your bank in a safe and secure manner.

Refunds

Once your order has been accepted and processed and your gift card activated, we are unable to accept returns of gift cards or exchange them for cash. Please refer to the full Terms & Conditions for each individual gift card as printed on the reverse of the relevant card.

If you do not receive your gift card due to it being lost in transit to you, we will transfer the unused balance of the gift card to a new card and despatch the replacement gift card to you. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the management.
